My grandfather built this place in the 1930's.My dad remodeled it in 1967 and changed the name from Hillside Inn to the Valley Lounge.The new owners are going to do some much needed renovations... Hope to see you in the future.

My friends and I like to hangout at Valley Lounge every Wednesday night (karaoke with Ick Sueker) the DJ. Ick is very friendly and he will give you great entertainment from 9:00pm until 1:00am. All the employees are kind and friendly. Also great food.

This is the best all around bar I'm a long time ( 8 years) patron and I have to say the employee's Scott, Dave, Amy, Annie, Cassie, and Tony the chef the Best of the best in the kitchen and all my friends I have met in the years my hats off to everybody, you all make it happen to want to come back again you all make it a friendly family atmosphere, oh and can't forget jimmy the owner what a treasure to know him and all the other Jim's I have met. So many. Friends. I'll Be a patron for life.

Quite a few power drinkers but the burger is one of the best I have ever had. I drive a truck for a living and eat them all over. The staff is friendly and the beer is cold. Kind of a joint but in the best way

An all around great neighborhood bar that contains a true sense of community. Drinks are stiff, food is good. Entertainment is the people watching! If you're a pretentious type, don't bother coming because you won't fit in.... and frankly, we like it that way.

If you're looking for real drinks and great food, this is the place. The staff are all great people. This is a friendly bar to get your drink on. Packed with regulars that have been patronizing the place for decades. I think a lot of neighborhoods have lost the "pub" feel to bigger bars that are all commercial. Going to the Valley is a genuine experience that will leave you wanting to come back.
